I was just catching up on a bit of blog reading, and managed to find the best blog post EVER. That's right, EVER. It was none other than Nicholas Carr, who I admire for championing the idea that computing will become a utility. He's right, and there's nothing anyone can do about it (other than live like you do now 20 years from now when everyone else is living then). So it's fun to read someone who is right and not wrong - Chicken Soup for the Geeked Out Soul.
I've had mixed emotions about blogging the whole time. First off, my blog posts were mostly crap for the first months I was at it. Then they got a bit better. Nowadays, when I speak with clients on the phone, a lot of them are reading my posts. Still, it does feel a bit like shooting a 12-gauge up into the night: where the hell are these thought projectiles going?
Which begs the question, where is this whole blogging thing going anyhow?
Folks, I come bearing the truth. I got chills at the end of it. If you never read another post in your life, this is the one to read:
Blue Pill
